Our returns policy
You can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. We want every minimerri piece to be loved and worn, so please do not hesitate to reach out if something is not right.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags still attached. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed or are missing tags.
How to start a return or exchange
- Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.
- We will reply with simple return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Once your item arrives back with us, we will process your exchange or refund promptly.
Good to know
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong piece.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return unless faulty. Please check before ordering if you are unsure.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
