Our promise
We want every piece to be loved and worn. You can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags still attached.
How to start a return or exchange
- Contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange.
- We’ll reply with simple return instructions.
- Once your item arrives back with us, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
Good to know
- Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Sale items and gift cards may not be eligible for return — please check before ordering.
