Refund policy

We want every piece to be loved and worn. You can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, contact us with your order number; we'll reply with simple instructions. Once your item arrives back with us, we'll process your exchange or refund to the original payment method.

Return postage is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied — in that case we'll cover it and make it right. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
