Free Australian shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the options available.
Where your order ships from
Most of our pieces are dispatched directly from our makers overseas rather than from a warehouse in Australia. That is why delivery takes a little longer than local stores, and why we always send tracking so you can follow your parcel the whole way.
Processing times
Orders are packed with care and usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or sale events, please allow a little extra time.
Delivery estimates
Once dispatched, please allow approximately 7–14 business days for delivery to most Australian addresses. Delivery times can vary by location and carrier, so we ask that you allow a little extra time.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
